MEMBERSHIP

HEC Memberships offers: class registration, on campus events,

field trips, community, and expert resources from Vendors and Director.​​​

​

Membership Includes: 

  • Access to registering to any classes or camps at the HEC campus for the school year paid to our vendors

  • Access to field trips being held through the school year.

  • Access to social events & activities throughout the school year which may include: Entrepreneur Fairs, Fall Trunk or Treat Festival, Art workshops, educational events & workshops for kids, Game day, Community planned events, Olympic Games or Water balloon Extravaganza, Holiday events & events, Photo day, curriculum swaps, end of the year celebrations, teen volunteer program, Prom and more.

  • Consultation with the director for 30 minutes about homeschooling, resources such as being new to homeschooling, what avenue to go for homeschooling, industry vendors, curriculum, websites, and more OR 

  • Assistance from the director with organizing a schedule.

  • Use of the following facilities when in session: Basketball courts, volleyball court, playground, Gaga ball pit

MEMBERSHIP COST

  • Annual Membership

  • $74 per student.

  • Membership is valid: August 2024- May 2025

  • If you have more than 4 children, then we cap the membership at $296 per family when paying out of pocket. This does not apply if using charter funds. *Please email before purchasing. If you do not email before purchasing, we cannot give refunds.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Out of Pocket

  • Head to our Registration Page.

  • Create an Account through Amilia under Parent's name:

  • Once you start adding classes into your cart, the membership will automatically be added per student.

  • Pay upon checkout.

  • Class payments will be paid directly to the Vendor/ Teacher. 

  • Once paid out of pocket Memberships are non-refundable and may not be reimbursed with funding.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Charter Funds

  • Please check with your Charter School to see if they will cover HEC membership fee. 

  • HEC must receive your purchase order/Enrichment Certificate for membership BEFORE registering for classes.

  • Once HEC receives the purchase order we will email you a coupon code to use for registration upon check out.

Charters that will cover the cost of membership: BEST Academy,

Cabrillo Pointe Academy (CPA), Freedom Academy, Mission Vista Academy (MVA), Pacific Coast Academy (PCA), SoCal Scholars Academy, Sparrow, Suncoast Preparatory Academy Taylion Charter.
