To register a parent for a field trip you MUST purchase a FREE Adult Membership first. See below under "Memberships" - This is a FREE membership and requires no additional purchase. Adult memberships can only be purchased with a paid student membership.

To use funds for a field trip you must order your enrichment funds BEFORE registering.

Funds go to Homeschool Enrichment Services.

For PCA, MVA, CPA, put in manually with the price.

You can order funds for the chaperon too.

Once you receive your Charter payment, email it to us.

Once we receive it, we will register your child for the trip. If we do not have your charter payment, you cannot attend. We don't save spots before receiving their Certificate.

Then register & pay for the parent. Do not pay for parent before registering your child or there is no refunds. 

Charter Funds are only accepted for field trips $9 or more only
