Memberships
Charter Funds
Some Charters will pay for the HEC Membership.
Once your certificate has been ordered & approved. We will send you a code to use at checkout.
You must pay for Membership BEFORE registering for classes.
Ordering funds through your charter DOES NOT register you for membership or classes. Our systems are not connected.
Out of Pocket
Membership will be automatically added to your cart when registering for classes.
Proceed with payment at checkout.
Memberships annually are per student.
*Once paid out of pocket. membership will not be reimbursed later with funds.
Classes
Charter Funds
All classes are paid directly to the vendor.
After registering for a class:

Enrichment Certificates & Purchase Orders must be received within 5 business days. If it is not received in 5 business days you will be dropped from the class. All payments, even with charter funds, include a $50 non-refundable deposit.

If you do not have access to charter funds, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE OR DROP THE CLASS.

Once your funds have processed you may request an over payment reimbursement. This happens after vendor receives funds (about 30-60 days) after classes start.

PCA, MVA, CPA & SoCal Scholars do not allow partial payments, therefore you order the full amount of charter funds and Vendors will reimburse you when they are fully paid from your charter.
Field Trips

Some field trips can be paid for with Charter Funds. Please check with your Charter to see if they will cover the cost.

Charter funds accepted to be paid to Homeschool Enrichment SERVICES from the following charters: Freedom, BEST, PCA, MVA, CPA, SoCal Scholars, Sparrow, Suncoast, Excel & Taylion.

Each charter will also pay for a chaperone ticket
Enrichment certificates must be processed before registration occurs.
Classes

Register for the class FIRST

Pay the vendor/teacher with their method of payment which is noted in the class description or in the confirmation email after registration.

Send $50 non-refundable deposit OR full payment to each individual vendor per class is due within 24 hours of registering. If payment is not made within 24 hours of registering your child will be dropped.

FULL PAYMENT must be received before a student can start classes. Do NOT ask if they can attend without full payment. No exceptions.
**Out of Pocket: Cash, Check, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo: HEC Vendors do not accept payments marked, "Turn on for purchases." If paying through Venmo or PayPal, turn off the service payment feature, If you pay this way, you will be charged an extra 5% or refunded, minus Venmo's payment fees we incurred, and you will be asked to re-submit payment for the full amount of the class.
Refunds
All services provided by HEC are non-refundable.
If you paid $50 deposit to secure spot:
You may request an over payment reimbursement after your charter funding has been processed and vendor receives charter funds payment (about 30-60 business days) after classes start.
PCA, MVA, CPA & SoCal Scholars do not allow partial payments, therefore you order the full amount of charter funds and Vendors will reimburse you when they are fully paid from your charter.
Discounts
If you are registering for 10 or more classes between the hours of 9:00-3:00pm per ONE STUDENT, you will get a 10% discount off all classes that you are paying out of pocket for. (8% discount off 2 hour or more a week classes). 2 day a week classes are considered 2 classes for the purposes of getting the discount.

Classes that are 2-3 hours a week will be discounted 8% only.

Please take 10% off your payment to each vendor if you are registering for 10 or more classes (Please round up the discount) only for classes being paid for out of pocket.

Drop-Off lunch bunch program is not a class and is not discounted.

Do not take discount off classes you are paying with charter funds. For example: if you have 10 classes & 5 of them you are paying for with charter funds & 5 you are paying out of pocket for, you will get a discount off the 5 you are paying out of pocket for only...but you still qualify for the discount since you are registering for 10+ classes.

Applies to classes only: Does not apply to Field trips, Summer Camps, Events , Lunch Bunch, Extended Care/Early drop-off, Supervision fees, tutoring Academic support & Memberships do not apply. These are NOT classes.

Please note in payment or email vendor the reason why it is 10% off. DO NOT TAKE 10% OFF IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERING FOR 10 OR MORE CLASSES.

If you drop below 10 classes, you will be required to pay the vendors the difference owed.

10% does not apply to supplies, materials or extra fees needed for classes

Theater 4-12th is considered to be one class only & 8% discount only.

1 1/2 hour classes are considered to be ONE class.

2 day a week classes count as 2 days for the purposes of getting the discount.

This discount cannot be combined with any other discount & Other restrictions may apply
Payment Plans
If you are paying out of pocket & registering for 10 or more classes per one student, you qualify for a payment plan if paying cash.
Requirements:
Register for a minimum of 10 classes per student
The payment plan per class is as follows:

$50 Non-Refundable Deposit fee upon registering per class.

1st payment of $75 per class, before the first day of classes.

2nd payment of $75 per class, 3 weeks after classes start.

3rd & final payment due 6 weeks after classes start for each class.
